After watching political pundits and politicians try and put their best spin on the outrageous actions of U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.), I was at a loss for words how many of them refuse to ask for Weiner’s immediate resignation. Some even questioned Mr Breitbart and his credibility because of his past revelations involving issues and organizations near and dear to the political left.

Look, those of you who do not care for Mr Breitbart need to step back for a moment and look at this situation for what it is: a very good thing. Look past the (D) after Mr. Weiner’s name plate and ask yourself honestly, “Is a guy who sends lewd photos of himself to college-age girls the very best there is to represent us? Or is all that matters is the fact that Mr. Weiner can be counted on as a reliable vote on issues that are important to me?” Because that’s what it sounds like.

Mr. Weiner, in his repeated denials and accusatory rhetoric against Mr. Beitbart when he knew darn well that he was guilty of this despicable act all along, has given credibility to Mr. Breitbart. People, and the media in general, will have to give Mr. Breitbart the benefit of the doubt from this point forward because it has now been proven that Congressman Weiner is the liar, not Mr. Breitbart.
