Jim Hendry
took time away from the pressures of being general manager of the Cubs on Tuesday when he traveled to Omaha, Neb., for a reunion of the Creighton University baseball team that advanced to the College World Series in 1991.
With Hendry as head coach, the Bluejays wound up with a third-place finish 20 years ago and Hendry was named National College Coach of the Year.
