Katy Perry: Grab the blue wig, tight shorts and the strategically placed cupcake top at Chicago Costume.
Jay Cutler: Chuck Giovenco, general manager at Fantasy Costumes, suggests donning a mulletlike wig, a Bears jersey and black makeup under the eyes. Or for a different spin, he suggests you could just carry a sack. “Because he’s always getting sacked.”
Lady Gaga: Chicago Costume carries shockingly tight dresses and wacky wigs and hair pieces, including a bow made out of hair.
Ashton Kutcher: Grab a shaggy dark wig and some 1970s clothes if you’re going for his “That ’70s Show” look, Giovenco said. Otherwise, wear a long wig, grow or paint a beard, and wear modern clothes for that “Two and a Half Men” style.
