The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority seems unable to get more money from the sports teams using Soldier Field and U.S. Cellular Field. Yet, we see the players in the middle of their contract somehow pry more money from those sports teams in renegotiating their contracts. I guess the tax payers have the wrong lawyers working for them!
