Chicago Bears receiver/kick returner Devin Hester is active for Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks at Soldier Field despite missing practice Friday after tweaking his ankle.
Hester was listed as questionable coming into the game. It will be interesting to see if his role on offense is limited again due to the ankle injury.
Defensive tackle Henry Melton is inactive after suffering a shin injury. He didn’t practice all week and will be replaced in the starting lineup by Amobi Okoye.
Strong safety Major Wright will miss another game coming off a shoulder injury, although he was listed as probable for the game. Craig Steltz will start again in place of Wright.
Also inactive for the Bears are Jay Cutler, Matt Forte, Andre Smith, and Levi Horn. The Bears only have six inactives after cutting ties with receiver Sam Hurd.
