Maggie O’Briwn scored 14 points and Tianna Brown had 10 rebounds for Montini. Kisha Simpson had 12 rebounds for King.

Lauren Webb had 12 points and 4 rebounds and Sydney Smith had 11 points and 4 rebounds as Vernon Hills won its first girls regional title. Meri Bennett-Swanson scored 8 points in the win to reach 1,000 points for her career.
