Romney and a “Super PAC” working on his behalf spent a mind-boggling 18.7 million dollars in January alone (“As Republican campaigns spend millions, PACs rise in importance”, News, Feb. 21).
Think about it. If instead of handing it over to a political campaign, Romney’s super-rich and corporate supporters would have used that money to build a factory here, we all would have benefited the boost to our economy and the donors could have rightly claimed the title of “jobs-creators”!
