This is in response to “Judge found not guilty by reason of insanity” (News, Feb. 5) about Judge Cynthia Brim.
Only in Cook County could a person that is diagnosed bipolar be elected judge and decide cases brought before her by police officers who never would be allowed to work if they were diagnosed bipolar.
