PHILADELPHIA — In an effort to solve Phillies left-hander Cole Hamels, the Cubs have stacked their lineup Wednesday night with right-handers.

Thomas Neal will make his first start for the Cubs in left field, with Cody Ransom making his second start at first base.

Anthony Rizzo won’t start for only the second time this season.

Hamels is 3-1 lifetime with a 2.37 ERA in six starts against the Cubs.
