A search for a teen in the water near Navy Pier was called off this morning after video surveillance showed the teen boarding a bus.
Police and fire officials received a report shortly after 8 a.m. that the 18-year-old was missing.
Police News Affairs said crews searched the lake as a precaution.
Around 9 a.m., the search was called off after officials viewed the teen on video surveillance boarding a bus near Navy Pier, said Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford.
