Five of the Chicago Bears’ 10 rookies are inactive for Sunday’s season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Receiver Marquess Wilson, cornerback C.J. Wilson, running back Michael Ford and defensive linemen Zach Minter and David Bass will not dress. Also inactive are newly signed tight end Dante Rosario and offnesive lineman James Brown.

All of the Bears’ inactives are coaches’ decisions. The team listed no players on this week’s injury report.

For the Bengals, first-string left tackle Andrew Whitworth is inactive, as expected. Six-year veteran Anthony Collins is expected to start in his place.

Former Bears receiver Dane Sanzenbacher is inactive, as are cornerback Brandon Ghee, halfback Rex Burkhead, guard Mike Pollak, receiver Ryan Whalen and defensive end Margus Hunt.
