Monday is Columbus Day, a federal holiday. The following public services will be affected:
Schools: Chicago Public Schools and many parochial and suburban schools will be closed.
Government offices: Federal, county and many municipal offices will be closed.
U.S. Postal Service: There is no regular mail delivery. Express mail will be delivered.
