The following information was taken from Hinsdale police reports:
A residential burglary was reported May 1 in the 300 block of Radcliffe Way. Forced entry was made into the house via a broken window. Various pieces of jewelry and cash were taken from a bedroom. The burglary took place between 8:30 and 10 a.m.
A resident reported that an unknown person had requested a money transfer from her account to an unknown separate account. The bank informed the resident of the incident April 24.
A 17-year-old told police he was battered when he went to pick up a friend from a party in the 700 block of Franklin Street on April 26. The incident occurred between 10 and 10:30 p.m. The suspects are classmates of the teen, police said.
A purse and jewelry were reported missing from a cabinet at a nursing home at 600 W. Ogden Avenue. The theft occurred sometime between April 15 and April 23.
A piece of jewelry valued at $3,000 was reported missing from a home in the 300 block of East First Street. The resident told police she had workers in her home during the time frame that the jewelry went missing.
A 54-year-old Lisle woman was charged with drunken driving April 25. She was stopped for speeding at Illinois Highway 83 and 7th Street.
