Four Hinsdale Central golfers competed in a national tournament and two made the final cut.
Kenneth Li finished in a tie for 32nd with a 299 over four rounds in the 2014 Western Junior Championship last week at Flossmoor Country Club.
Li opened the 97th running of the tournament with a first-round 79 and improved in the second round with a 75, and finished with a 74 and 72.
Jonathon Hudson took 70th with a 313.
Missing the cut were Brendan O’Reilly (153 through the first two rounds) and Drew Shepard (163).
The tournament featured golfers from all over the country, plus China and Canada.
