The summer months are ideal for a day trip to Cape Cod and a ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard. Unless you decide to fly, Nantucket is too distant to visit in one day. A day trip to the Cape and the Vineyard would require an early start and a late return home… but it’s absolutely worth it.
