Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...
There’s only so many days with weather like this in Chicago.
Knowing that fact, I’ve tried to make it a point of spending more time outdoors when I’m finished with work rather than retiring home and binge watching another television series. After all, that’s what winters here are for.
Sometimes I think it’s fun to just take a camera and walk around. No pressure. No story to illustrate. No deadlines to meet. If I see something I like, great. If not, I chalk it up to exercise.
The other night I stopped at the end of Navy Pier and found this little scene. Every time I photograph at night I’m amazed by how current cameras can pick up even the smallest bits of light, like the faint glow from a cell phone.
