I was very interested in your articles about the red light photo cameras. I am very disappointed in one more thing that turns out to be another joke for our city. I have been the recipient of two red light tickets for speeding. The first one was not my fault; I skidded on the ice. I filed a protest and was told “too bad.” The second one was when I went through on the yellow due to traffic conditions and I simply paid the ticket. I see one of the problems with the cameras is they really don’t know what has actually happened and even a logical explanation doesn’t matter.
Will our Chicago officials ever get anything right?
