The Fire released their 2015 schedule that includes visits by Major League Soccer’s two expansion teams and 13 national television appearances as they open their 18th season on Saturday, March 6.

They’ll travel to reigning MLS champion Los Angeles Galaxy for the season debut then kick off the home campaign at Toyota Park on Saturday, March 14 against Vancouver.

The Fire’s unbalanced schedule includes 24 matches against Eastern Conference clubs and 10 against the West. They’ll play three-game series against New England, New York Red Bulls, Orlando, Columbus, D.C. United and Montreal.

They’ll play just two games against Eastern entries New York City FC, Philadelphia and Toronto and single games against Western Conference foes.

Most of the 17 home games will be on weekends, including 10 on Saturdays. Three are scheduled mid-week contests.

New league entries New York City FC visits on April 24 while Orlando City comes to Toyota Park on June 6 and Sept. 19.
