I completely agree about the annoyance of people who talk on their phones when they — and others — are in the bathroom. If they’re not going to stop, we can interfere with their conversations by flushing the toilet. I do a similar thing when I’m reading while riding the bus and someone sits next to me and starts talking loudly on their phone, which disrupts my concentration. I start reading out loud.
