Will the city of Chicago lose the Obama Presidential Library? It sure looks like it. The people on the South Side where the library is planned care more about for themselves, than the president.

Bruce Rauner is trying to save our state. If the Democratic Party keeps running the state into the ground, only bankruptcy is in our future. Think about it retirees and unions. Where will you be then? The middle class can no longer carry the state and federal governments. Madigan and Cullerton put us in this mess. We all know that they run the state. Time for them to stop lining their pockets and work with Rauner. I backed the Democratic Party, and it is out of control. Aren’t your tired of people calling us Crook County and laughing at all the blatant corruption?
Illinois is a great state. We have Lake Michigan, the great city of Chicago with a magnificent skyline and numerous attractions. What we have not had for a long time is great leadership. We have too many politicians with a personal agenda who are often judged in court to be corrupt and unethical. Gov. Bruce Rauner in his inauguration speech stated, “I’m nobody that nobody sent.” He will strive for businesses to return and jobs to flourish. Let’s hope that his successful business skills will penetrate the career politicians that he has to work with.

On the very same day that the King of Jordan vowed to fight ISIS until his country runs out of bullets and fuel, Obama made sure to remind us that there were some people in certain times of human history who “committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ.” He also warned us Christians not to get on our “high horse” in regards to these savage terrorists. Now which one would you rather have as your leader in these dangerous times?

A fun fact or an insane fact — the National Retail Federation says Americans will spend an estimated $700 million on presents on Valentine’s Day, just for pets! I love animals more so than people, but I’m not even going to buy our cats a card.
