Blushing Cha Cha: Psst: An off-menu cocktail will be served upon request at Billy Sunday, A10 and Yusho from now until May 31, and it’s a charmer. The Blushing Cha Cha ($10, by the glass) is a blush-colored dance of Masco Queirolo Pisco, Navy Strength Gin, lime and orange bitters that subtly marries sweetness and acidity, served on the rocks with a pucker of tartness and just a hint of fizz. Poured into a tall glass with a cool, silver metal straw and a slender lime disc perched atop the rim, the drink is as lovely to look at as it is light and refreshing to taste.

But what makes the Blushing Cha Cha most special is the personal connection behind it. A10/Billy Sunday/Yusho chef John Vermiglio’s mother is a breast cancer survivor, and since Avon’s 39th Walk to End Breast Cancer will be taking place in Chicago June 6-7, proceeds for the drink will benefit the Avon Foundation for Women.
