My governor is running for president. He’s a low-key, middle-class family guy, but he possesses one very special quality: He has a spine of steel. He faced myriad adversaries who tried and failed to drive him from office. The left has thrown everything at him yet he continued to win elections.
Since he became governor of Wisconsin, taxes have been reduced. In fact, my property taxes are lower now than they were four years ago. How many governors can claim they did that?
Scott Walker left college on his own in good standing, taking a good job with the Red Cross. He did not inherit a fortune from his family and has the belief that if you work hard and play by the rules, you can do and be anything. That is the dream that has propelled this man to be a successful governor. Now he wants to rise and become the leader of this nation. He wants to fight for all the American people. I suggest you get to know him, for he is a true leader.
