Former Redflex Traffic Systems CEO Karen Finley plead guilty in U.S. District Court to a bribery charge. This is the same company that initially sold Chicago on the idea of the largest red light camera program in the nation. One would think this would make the city of Chicago rethink the red light program, viewing it for what it is — a devious tool for taking peoples money. But with $500 million in revenue generated by the cameras, well, one would be wrong.
