The other day I was thinking, “What is the one thing that kids and teachers both dislike in school?” Standardized testing.
At my school, in the sixth grade, it took up almost two and a half hours of the day during two weeks of the school year. That time could be used for learning or studying. That is 25 hours of learning completely lost.
I think that there should be less standardized testing so that students can have more time to learn.
