Yet it was Obama that suggested the sequester forcing budget cuts which both Obama and Boehner have been trying to overturn since 2011. As to the successful lawsuit against Obama, on September 9, a court ruled it can go forward and could possibly run into 2017 when the president is gone. At that point, the courts could toss the suit since it would be moot – not exactly a success. Leader in free trade? What has passed on free trade? Boehner is a good man, but does not know how to represent GOP ideas effectively nor is he a strategist – things sorely needed when Democrats use the bureaucracy to force their agenda.
