The Chicago Teachers Union is planning an April 1 skip-out. (It’s hard to know exactly what to call it as the only thing that is known is that the teachers won’t show up to teach the children. Some might call it an abject dereliction of duty). As always, it is the children of Chicago who suffer for the greed and dim-witted actions of adults.
