Despite being 3 inches longer, the second-generation 2016 Chevrolet Volt doesn’t look much different from the side except for the shark-fin antenna. The nose dips lower, the split fascia with the wide mouth lower grille area is more modern, and it dropped 243 pounds. Read the review>>>
