Director, writer and producer Garry Marshall, known for creating “Happy Days” and directing hit movies like “Pretty Woman,” passed away July 19, 2016.

Marshall inside the Falcon Theater in Burbank, which opened in 1997. Marshall built the venue with his daughter Kathleen and uses the stage as a creative space to launch independent productions and collaborations with friends and emerging talent. Garry Marshall
