A recent Thursday Quickly was dedicated to bashing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. Will we see a Quickly all dedicated to bashing Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton? I doubt it.
I wanted to thank the mom and her teenage son who helped me with my broken-down little orange sports car. Thank you very much. I got it going and got it home. Thank you.
My wife told me on a recent morning that she heard via social media that the NFL banned the playing of the national anthem starting this year or next year. After checking on the internet I can see that that was false and that someone started the rumor. I was glad to read that the NFL returned the $724,000 of our taxpayer’s money back to the government for being paid to host patriotic displays and shows since 2012. I was very glad to hear that the NFL did that. Now I can stay with fantasy football.
This is to the person who made a comment about abortions not being considered murder. They said just because the Bible says so doesn’t make it so. Who more than the great creator of the universe, the author of our Bible, can tell us what’s true and what’s right and what’s wrong?
Ticktock, ticktock, ticktock, ticktock. Russian President Vladimir Putin has got his boys working. They’re going to get in and find those 30,000 deleted emails from former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Then everything’s going to break loose because it’ll show that she was conversing with a bunch of countries, what they would give her and what she would give them. That is the smoking gun to eliminate the Democratic presidential nominee. Ticktock, ticktock, ticktock.
I’d like to congratulate the K9 unit, the two officers and the helicopter unit who came to our neighborhood the other day and found our 84-year-old neighbor who was lost for a couple of hours. Outstanding job, gentlemen.
To the alleged union member shouting to his union brothers not to vote for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton because of the North American Free Trade Agreement that her husband, former President Bill Clinton, signed: Your baloney in supporting Republican nominee Donald Trump isn’t going to go any further than Quickly. Us union members know that cartoon character Donald Duck would be better for unions than Trump.
To the guy that commented in Quickly and also to the police officer in Portage that stopped this guy: He said he got stopped for running a stop sign. Then he said went home. He didn’t get a ticket either. As an officer, you should do your job you were sworn in for and is your duty to be done. If somebody runs a stop sign, you’re supposed to pull them over and give them a ticket. You’re serving the public. You’re protecting the guy. Maybe the next time he won’t run a stop sign.
I’ve seen many bumper stickers and signs out for Trump but not ONE for Clinton. I find that very, very interesting.
I feel sorry for all the people and children being shot lately but we need to take all the attention away from guns and ask why there’s so many people so willing to kill with out caring about the consequences.
