Stand for the anthem or leave the U.S.

I cannot believe that some sports athletes will not show respect and stand while the national anthem is being sung and the American flag flown. This has nothing to do with stopping any violence unfairly directed toward minorities by police, but it will start more violence whether they want to believe it or not. There are other ways to get your point across without disrespecting the national anthem and American flag at games. If you refuse to stand, which shows disrespect for America which is represented by the flag and the national anthem, then you don’t belong in the United States and you should all leave and voice your opinions elsewhere.

Any true American stands proudly when the national anthem is sung and the American flag waves in glory. Have you no pride or respect to stand up when even those that are crippled and small children stand honoring our country by saluting the flag, with some holding their hand across their heart while singing the national anthem? Shame on those who refuse to stand up, which only proves they have no respect for America.
