A porch and car were struck by gunfire in a drive-by shooting Wednesday afternoon on Aurora’s West Side.
Someone in an older, gray SUV occupied by at least three other people fired several shots at about 4:38 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, police spokesman Dan Ferrelli said in an email.
Bullets struck a vehicle parked on the street and a support post of a home’s porch, but did not hit any people, Ferrelli said.
After the shooting, the SUV continued northbound at a high rate of speed, Ferrelli said.
Police have no discernable suspect descriptions and have not determined a motive yet, he said.
