To all you people who wanted to jump on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s bandwagon: Think about the national debt. That’s also thanks to Obamacare. We’re at nearly $20 trillion and she promised everybody something. Where was she going to get the money — huh? Think about it. We’re sinking now. All we do is fight foreign wars. All our money goes to foreign land. It’s about time that changes need to be made. I wasn’t thrilled with President-elect Donald Trump, but he was the first one to say we’ll bring back America and that’s it. America should be No. 1 if you’re an American.

The incompetent people responsible for enforcing the laws in the United States of America had better wake up to the facts that our country has turned violent in all our big cities. It’s a shooting gallery out there and the psycho criminals are killing people on expressways, in amusement parks and even in churches all over America. We need the return of the death penalty in every state in the entire United States of America now, not later. Bring back the death penalty.

Cub fans waited over 100 years for a World Series and they have been super loyal fans. Now a 31% increase in ticket prices. All the loyal fans need to boycott. Cubs should be lowering the ticket cost since we supported a losing team for years. Fans again get kicked to the curb.
It has to be the Electoral College when deciding our presidential elections or you’re telling the voters that live in 95%-plus of our geographic smaller, rural towns, cities and even states that their votes don’t matter. Face it, the 10 or 12 largest, most populated cities and their adjoining counties can generate more votes than the entire rest of our country. This doesn’t seem fair as it’s skewed to just the few.

I just read that the Pentagon hid a report showing $125 billion in waste. Yet, the Republican Party wants to continue to shovel all this money into the military while crying that there is no money for Medicare or social security. Don’t tell me there is no money for Medicare until we stop wasting billions or trillions in defense and senseless wars.

Just my own observation, but with reliable frequency liberals demonstrate great empathy for those they would categorize as the “downtrodden.” I can appreciate true empathy, however, I often sense that the empathy imparted seems sort of phony. It seems as apologetic. It seems that it comes from guilty angst. It’s like, “I’m doing OK and I don’t envision that changing. I feel your pain but in reality I don’t want to feel your pain.” At its highest social level, politicians, athletes, actors, tech billionaires, and the like pontificate about their concern for the welfare of the underclass. What is glaring in my estimation is that these “elites” seem to employ faux empathy for the purpose of personal promotion and insulation from criticism and not necessarily for true concern.
Oh well, just an observation.
