A program on aging gracefully is set in early February.

“I’m Positive, I’m Aging” is a University of Illinois Extension educational program that will help participants explore the characteristics of positive aging and learn how to make the most of their later years. Led by an Extension educator, the program also looks at ageism and how it affects all ages, as well as the many similarities older generations have with younger ones.

This free seminar is provided in cooperation with the Association for Home and Community Education and will be led by an Extension educator via webinar. It will be conducted 10 to 11 a.m. Feb. 10 at three local Extension offices – Naperville, St. Charles, and Yorkville. Registration is required by Feb. 2 to prepare materials, and space may be limited.
