“Empire” star Ta’Rhonda Jones connects with her cousin — a Chicago homicide victim — on an episode of “Long Island Medium” set to air next month, the TLC network said in a press release.

Jones “hears from” her deceased cousin, Darius Kelly, with help from medium Theresa Caputo, according to TLC. Kelly, 22, was killed in a drive-by shooting in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side in April 2014, records show.

“I’m kind of scared,” Jones says in a sneak peek of Season 10, set to premiere 7 p.m. Feb. 19. She is shown crying in the preview.

The actress, who grew up on the South Side and plays the assistant to Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson) on Fox’s hip-hop drama “Empire,” honored Kelly last year on “MasterChef Celebrity Showdown.”

Meanwhile, Caputo — whose claims she can connect with the dead have been questioned by critics — is scheduled to appear at the Star Plaza Theatre in Merrillville on March 29.
