One should not be attacked for his or her faith. However, the faith itself should be challenged for veracity.

More and more people are screaming about the Illinois Lottery — that it’s corrupt, that they don’t pay off on their prizes the way they should and that they bounced checks. How can somebody that takes in a billion dollars bounce checks? Somebody’s putting all this money in their pockets and not paying the players. We need a new game. We need a new system. Wake up, Illinois. We’re getting ripped off by the lottery. They should just ban the game completely.

J.K. I would seriously question whether if the president is concerned with the good of the country. I personally think he is more concerned about his ego. We could debate this all day long and I don’t think either of us would change our mind. However, if he is not concerned with being re-elected, why did he file for re-election on the day that he was sworn in as president, doing so much earlier than previous incumbent presidents. According to filings with the Federal Election Commissions, his filing as a candidate comes more than two years earlier in his term than any incumbent presidential candidate in the last 38 years.

I keep hearing on the slanted news that the travel ban is “Un-American.” If my recollection serves me, people came to American in the pursuit of freedom. However, in the past, folks didn’t just “barge into” the country. They conformed to the rules for admittance….our laws. Now, in this age of abject permissiveness, seems you should be able to do anything you choose, and to heck with what others think. If the result doesn’t fit “your” requirements, then invoke a slanted interpretation of the law. I see that as nonsense.
