A 25-year-old woman is in critical condition after being stabbed in Chatham, police said.
The woman was with someone she knew in an apartment in the 7500 block of South Prairie Avenue about 12:50 a.m. Saturday when the two started arguing, police said.
The woman or girl she was arguing with grabbed a knife and stabbed her multiple times in the left arm, police said.
The wounded woman went to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.
One person is in custody.
