River Forest School District 90 officials have announced the district has extended the deadline of its Inclusiveness Perception Survey, which will now remain open until April 7.

The online survey will enable the district to monitor the degree to which the district fosters an environment of inclusion for students, families and staff, officials said. The survey is designed to help the district understand how welcomed and included families feel in a District 90 school environment.

According to district spokeswoman Dawne Simmons, all responses are confidential and anonymous.

The survey can be accessed at www.surveymonkey.com/r/7KS3L8H.
