Republicans keep insisting that under their plan, everyone will have “access” to healthcare. Well, I have “access” to a Maserati, but I’m not likely to get one.

Donald Trump callously remarked that John McCain was “no hero” because he was captured and tortured as a prisoner of war. But it’s McCain alone who now has the courage to point out that our current foreign policy under Trump and Tillerson is a disgrace to our American values. No other Republican has stepped up to join him, and our former governor, Mike Pence, just goes on groveling at Trump’s feet.
I used to love to read Quickly, but not anymore. It should be called the “Trump Haters Quickly.” I’m so tired of people bashing our president. I didn’t like Obama, a lot of people didn’t, but they didn’t bash him like they do Trump. Of course, if they did they would be called prejudiced. People have lost all respect for others and need to respect our new president. They don’t want to even give him a chance. People, show respect for others!
So in the French election, Trump’s far right ideological counterpart went down in flames. Voters probably took note of our new President and saw enough.
Well, now that Trumpcare has passed the House of Representatives, and having health care insurance may no longer be the law, millions will drop their insurance and will, once again, use the hospital emergency rooms for treatment. Those of us who do have insurance will cover their bills. Another step backwards.
So, President Obama warned Trump about hiring Michael Flynn. Out of spite, he hired him anyway. How did that turn out for him?
America’s health care was already devastated when Trump became President. Families have been going bankrupt for years for various reasons, and people have been dying for years. So, what’s your beef?
To the reader who thinks Indiana must be full of all Trump haters because of the content in Quickly, you must not have seen the election results. Indiana is full of Trump lovers, just not many who read, obviously.
Ivanka Trump was born with a silver spoon in her mouth and is clueless as to how average people live. Yet she feels she can “empower” women who are living paycheck to paycheck. Her sense of superiority is disgusting. She is nothing but the female version of her father. Unrelatable.
For Republicans, it’s yes, yes, yes to jobs, but no, no, no to workers.
We all danced when Trump began to play his fiddle, but now we are going to start paying a big price for that decision.
The Republicans in the Rose Garden looked like a pack of hyenas crunching on the bones of the poor, sick, and elderly.
