The President may threaten, or fire employees, but Congress and the FBI still will get to the bottom of this.
I, once again, heard a Republican senator say Trump won by mandate. I cannot accept calling it a mandate when only 46 percent of votes cast were for Trump. Please begin to accept reality as the truth not your version of so-called alternative facts.
Call it the toddler defense. Trump cannot be expected to understand appropriate behavior for a president because he is a businessman, not a politician, and is still only learning. No, he is not a child, he is a senior citizen who is expected to know how to handle himself in a civilized society.
Jeff Sessions is the person that let James Comey down. He should have protected him from the president. Comey and Sally Yates are the only two people that didn’t obey the president and they got fired.
James Comey is a private citizen who chose to relay non-classified material through a friend. This president relayed classified material to Russia.
The Koch Brothers like the success their man Pence has had so much, now they want his brother to run for office. I guess two puppets are better than one.
Wow, that Comey is one teed off dude. He should never have been put into such a high position; he is too unstable.
Claiming ignorance of the law is no defense. Especially when you have spent your entire life depending on your legal team to get you out of one jam or another.
First, they repealed Glass-Stegall which led to the financial collapse of 2008. Now, these jokers want to repeal Dodd-Frank. They will not be happy until they hold all the money. I cannot believe our government has sunken to this level.
Being consistently wrong and reflexively defending Trump is bad politics. Handcuffing yourself to a president who’s at 34 percent and sinking is not a good strategy.
None of the Republicans can find their spines and stand up to the president. But they all question Jim Comey for not standing up to the president when put on the spot.
I have never served in government, yet I know that telling someone to stop an investigation is illegal. I would think that after being involved in over three thousand lawsuits, Trump would have learned something about how the law works in this country.
This “inexperienced president” knew how to accuse Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch of obstruction of justice after a conversation before she boarded a plane. But now, he’s blind to his own obstruction.
