I was going through news channels the other day — CNBC, CNN, CBS, NBC, and ABC to name a few networks . . . What do they have in common? They are all liberal news channels. I’ve come to a conclusion they want to divide America and don’t care about America.
Take down all these statues? They are mostly dust collectors and bird perches. People need to get a life. Everyone has baggage…get over it.
It’s taken me a long time to understand the demise of the “starter home.” Unfortunately, what used to be called the starter home no longer provides a good start. These small and once charming little houses are now found in neighborhoods where maintenance violations have been long ignored by local governments and need a tremendous amount of work which is unlikely to be recouped in a sale down the road. It is in these overlooked neighborhoods where property values are still on the decline. Sad to say, most starter homes are no longer an investment.
