As a Cub fan, I don’t see what so special about Kris Bryant. Seriously, yeah he gets his hits and home runs when there’s no pressure. Constantly in late innings, when you need him to get hit and drive in runs, he continues to fail time and time again. Real stars come through.

I understand that the governor is releasing funds to human services as part of the $71 million that was set aside for them. What I don’t understand is where is all the money that was collected over the past years from everyone in the state of Illinois. We paid dearly in taxes. Where has that money gone? Now, he has to borrow $6 billion to pay the back log of unpaid bills. Where is all that tax money? That money was collected and should have been banked in interest bearing and protected accounts somewhere. Where is all that tax money? We need to know.

Hey Red from Chicago, have you ever heard about the straw that broke the camels back? Well, it is the soda tax. Do you realize that Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle is even taxing Mott’s kid’s juice because it has less natural sugar than regular adult juice? The tax is a scam. Do you realize a bag of sugar isn’t heavily taxed or a candy bar? I think you have your head in the sand. People are sick of all these fake taxes to line the pockets of politicians.

Our Bears played hard. They should’ve won except for what I wrote before. Their secondary is non-existent. Whether it’s their defense coordinator or the players themselves, someone should be immediately fired. Atlanta’s long, ridiculous, completely uncovered touchdown was something I hadn’t seen in 50 years of watching them. Other than that one play, the Bears were winners. That’s why I previously wrote,”Bear opponents should be forbidden to pass against them.” Players at that level, being paid that kind of money, should know their assignments. Complete frustration. . .
