UEFA has opened a disciplinary case against APOEL and Borussia Dortmund after their UEFA Champions League clash on Tuesday.

The case targets the use of flares, throwing of objects onto the pitch, insufficient security organization, and the blocking of stairwells by the host team.

UEFA’s Disciplinary Committee will review the case by November 16.
