A Naperville woman was arrested on a prostitution charge at a Warrenville spa Monday, police said.
Yanfang Pan, 47, of the 200 block of Fiala Woods Court, owner of Sunlight Spa, was arrested about 2:15 p.m. at her 29W701 Butterfield Road business following a joint investigation by the Warrenville Police Department and the DuPage County Sheriff’s Department, a Warrenville police news release said.
Pan was charged with one misdemeanor count of prostitution and three ordinance violations — failing to prominently post a price list placard, knowingly publishing a deceptive advertisement and public access door locked, the release said.
An administrative hearing on Pan’s the business license will be held at a future date.
