The Republicans are bragging about their tax cut that gives 60 percent of the wealth to the already wealthy 1 and 2 percent and then they take away our tax deductions for the other 98 percent. When you file your taxes for 2018, those little raises you get in your paycheck are going to go out the window. Also, in 2025 you’re losing everything up front so I don’t see how they have anything to brag about. . .

To Mother Nature’s friend: You don’t have to apply weed killer to get rid of your weeds. A weed digger will help. All you’re doing with the dandelions is promoting an invasive species. The dandelion is not native and it does not help attract the birds to your place. Be kind to your neighbors. Don’t create an ugly eyesore.
When will the U.S. stop all the companies that are dumping material and garbage into our precious Great Lakes and rivers? They should be charged with the penalty of complete termination. The poor water creatures are all dying at a record pace from pollution and poisons. Wake up, America.

When I was a young child, we enjoyed playing a game called hide-and-seek. Nowadays, if a child played this game, they may hide but never return with the seeker.
