The NFL is being very hypocritical in the kneeling issue. Forced patriotism is the opposite of freedom. Besides there is an official U.S. flag code about never using our flag on wearing apparel for advertising purposes. The NFL uses the flag on some uniforms. Hypocrisy much?

Last year, I was so proud of the Bears’ decision to attend up for their players’ rights to peacefully protest police brutality, I ran right out and bought some of their merchandise. Today it’s all going in the garbage. I won’t support organizations who undermine the First Amendment.

A society is always judged by the way they treat the disadvantaged. Our current society fails grossly in every category, not because they can’t but because they don’t want to.

Anyone that commits a mass murder is assuredly mentally unstable. There seems to be an epidemic of these unstable people lately. Nothing says “I am not a normal, stable person” better than parading around with a military weapon visibly strapped across your chest. People have to stop glamorizing weapons, they are not the latest accessory, they are guns and they kill people, intentionally or not.

Trump cancels the meeting with rocket man, and just like that little rocket man wants back in the game. Looks like the art of the deal works pretty good. Trump just keeps on winning.

Trump’s ardent supporters, which disturbingly includes more than half the members of the United States Congress, are insisting that there is “no evidence” either of collusion or obstruction of justice, even though they have no idea what evidence Mueller actually has in hand. He has, however, found several people who have agreed to plead guilty to crimes associated with his investigation. This looks and sounds like a duck to me.

Paranoid people are always so worried that people will do to them, what they do to people.

When will ICE raid one of Trump’s properties and check to see how many illegal immigrants are employed there?

I am getting really tired of hearing about bakers that don’t want to bake cakes unless you are just like them. Don’t be a business owner if life is that difficult for you. Do you think that every person that goes to work every day gets to deal with their “ideal” choice for a customer? Quit your complaining and be grateful that you have work.

The president’s response to an attack on America by Russia is to investigate America.

It sure seems to me like we have a few people from the region that need to get busy and run for president in 2020. Commenting on every move the president makes, has me thinking that if your so much better at running the country, then you better get started. You just won’t be able to make the rules for the NFL like some commenters think. He is just the president not their boss. That’s about the money the owners are losing, but hey, feel free to hate on the guy if it rains tomorrow.

“Trumpism” is a disease that impairs your ability to comprehend basic truths. They’ve been lied to by Trump so much that they believe life-long Republicans are suddenly liberal Democrats.
