Aurora’s ordinances should be enforced: I’d be rich if as an Aurora resident I could enforce ordinances like fireworks being shot off in September. There are so many ordinances. I’d be rich if I could enforce all of them.
Let next generation govern: What’s wrong with a 50-year-old or 60-year-old running for president? These senior citizens should retire and enjoy life and let the younger generation run the country. I’m sure there’s a qualified person to do this honorable job.
Cheap gas: Remember when the Democrats were in office with Obama and his illustrious buddy, who’s now running for president? Remember when you were paying $4 for a gallon of gas? Then came along my hero, Donald J. Trump. I just bought gas for $1.99 at Woodman’s gas station in Carpentersville. Across the United States, gas is what is half of what it was. Be careful of what you wish for come Nov. 3. You better wish Trump stays in office because he’s done everything he said he’d do.
Biden’s anti-cop: Joe Biden is fanning the flames of the anti-cop rhetoric. At a recent gathering, a Black woman stood up and asked him, “If I was your daughter, what would you tell me to do if I was stopped by the police?” He said, “My daughter is Caucasian, she wouldn’t be stopped.” He should be for the police not against them. Shame on him.
Racism being encouraged: I know Joe Biden is not a prize, but I would take him a thousand times over Donald Trump. I didn’t know there was so much racism in American until this man took over. I thought he would do a better job, but I was wrong. I haven’t seen America like this since the 1950s, but it’s a little bit worse. What’s worse is our country is hurting. We’re bleeding. We need help. We need to get rid of this president. Four more years would drown this country.
Trump should be lauded: I see President Trump is setting another world record with peace in Israel and other countries. I can’t believe you’re not behind this guy. The other thing is, fake news, why don’t you report it. You hate this guy and I don’t know why when he’s trying to do good for the country. I am a Trumper.
No fighting anti-Trumpers: I have given up trying to argue or talk with Trump haters. For one thing, they are the most hateful, spiteful people you can imagine. Plus, I realize you can’t fix stupid.
Light up, chill out: I think everyone needs to chill, light up a toke since it’s legal and make a lot of money for Illinois, then listen to “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright.” It feels like it’s all we’ve got nowadays.
No help in penitentiary: I had a friend who was in the federal penitentiary for 16 years. He was a low-level drug dealer. I’m not saying he shouldn’t have paid the consequences because he should have. He was one of these dealers who supported his drug habit. Instead of getting help for him, they put him in the penitentiary. He is 60 years old now. When he got out, he looked like he was 90 because he was doing more drugs in the penitentiary than when he was out. What’s wrong with this picture? We have a law-and-order president, though.
Call the exterminator: Watching these Democrats is like watching a bunch of cockroaches in the kitchen.
