Pop/folk singer Dan Fogelberg performs at the Freedman Forum in Anaheim, California, on Jan. 23, 1998. Fogelberg, the singer-songwriter whose hits “Leader of the Band” and “Same Old Lang Syne” helped define the soft-rock era, died at his home in Maine at the age of 56.
