Using electric stimulation to his spinal cord, outpatient Phillip Cline receives walking physical therapy with Physical Therapist Kelly McKenzie in the Technology Innovation Hub at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, Aug. 24, 2022. Cline was in a motorcycle accident in 1996 and was totally paralyzed from the waist down but is now able to walk and do most daily tasks.
