Jarvis Watts, 9, was shot and killed Sunday night while inside a home in the Washington Heights neighborhood on the South Side, Chicago police said. The shooting took place in the 9400 block of South Wallace Street, police said. The boy was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
