Memorial Day Parade/Observance: The Naperville Memorial Day Parade will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 29, at Jackson Avenue and West Street. A brief memorial service will be held at Veterans Plaza featuring the Judd Kendall VFW Post 3873, the American Legion Post 43 and the Naperville Municipal Band at the beginning of the parade.
